Good morning, had another smoothy this morning with an atkins granola bar. Last night for supper I had asparagus wrapped with bacon and grilled, with Kielbasa. You got to keep the grill on low or you\'ll have a major fire from the bacon, 12 mins to cook. I use a chill mix and sprinkle on one side of the bacon, then wrap the chili side to the asparagus using tooth picks to hold the bacon on. really good bye the way! Low carb grilling at its best. lost about 1.5 belt loops since the challenge started. Put my bike rack on the car last night so If anyone wants to do a ride during lunch or after work let me know. Im good for 10-15 mile rides to start the season.IMG_4613

The weekend is almost here... AND it\'s our 3rd paycheck for the month! Hmmm what am I going to do with my wife\'s extra $$.. because her (Carolyn) money is her money and my money is her money. I may ask for an extra fish sandwich tonight... oh sorry to all the weight loss people 🙂 Don\'t forget to try and break a sweat in the next two days ... or how about BOTH days. Steppers ... keep moving ... and exercise puffs, attached is a core contest for April. Heck, everyone can try this .. Starts small, on April 1st (no Joke) and ends with six pack abs .. or in my case.. 2pack 🙂 and if you can\'t that, a ONE pack is just fine Make it a great weekend everyone! Core_Calendar

Here is a new one for you folks who like Cheese Cake! Two packages of cream cheese 2-3 eggs a little splenda or what ever substitute you like, (Splenda makes a new one from plant based sugars) a splash of vanilla a splash or two of lemon juice sugar free cookies for the crust Mix the eggs one at a time with a tip into the soft cream cheese add the sugar substitute of your choice add the vanilla and lemon and whip it good set oven to 350*F take the cookie apart I use the oreo type super free made with splenda cookies and scrape the stuffing off and then crush the cookie part into small crumbs. Then put the crumbs in a pie plate, pour the cream cheese batter into the plate over the crumbs and then cook for close to an hour keeping an eye on it. It will rise completely and brown lightly when done. remove from oven and let cool. I had a piece for breakfast with strawberries on it. Low Carb Cheese Cake for breakfast and I will loose weight we will see. Two days no carbs so far, IMG_4579

Hey folks this what folks snack on who are not in the Wellness Challenge at least that is my hope. With my broken arm I gained much weight, 255 pre broken arm, start of the challenge 285, then higher, I am dropping again after gaining 30 plus pounds by eating a low carb diet, I do a nutri bullet every morning and I am full till past noon, so I really believe the bullet works, along with low carbs, no potatoes, rice, corn or white breads (Ezsekiel Bread Low Glycemic sported grain product in the freezer section)But I have lost two belt loops in two weeks and hope to keep losing to and after the challenge. I will be doing the 62 mile ride in Syracuse to raise money for the Rescue Mission at the end of June. Please join me in the ride or just look me up and donate Thank You IMG_3518
